We stayed in Amanda’s condo and it was perfect for us! Clean, very tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed looking out over the jungle!! We had coffee and fruit on the back lanai every morning and watched the birds. Her recommendations were superb! We found Princeville to be perfectly centrally located! Amanda was so helpful and always responded quickly and cheerfully. Cannot recommend her place highly enough!

This is the perfect condo in the north shore area! Princeville is so quiet, and you can walk to 1Hotel, Makai golf club, and a pizza place across the way. The cute village of Hanalei with tons of shopping and dining is just a short car ride away! We will be back and probably won’t leave the north shore!

We absolutely loved our stay at Amanda’s condo.
These condos are our favorite place to stay on the island- beautiful location and great walking distance to several beaches!
Amanda answered extremely quickly and was always ready to help!

Amanda’s condo in Princeville is incredible. Would definitely rent again. Beautiful private lanai with a calming view of palm trees and colorful vegetation. Feels very secluded. Super comfy bed and furniture. AC cranks!

Amazing location. Such a quick walk to Hideaway beach. We loved openness and airiness of the Airbnb. Amanda was also very quick and accommodating to any questions/issues we had. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This was my favorite place I’ve stayed in kauai and I’ve been 10+ times. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to hideaways beach in 5 min, 10-20 min drive to all of north shores best beaches, the one hotel and hanalei bay resort are also walking distance and both have amazing restaurants with gorgeous views. The space was incredibly clean and cute. I felt right at home. Quiet, comfy bed, nice full kitchen, beautiful Mountain View’s, and stocked with everything you would need. Amanda was such a nice host. She was very responsive to all my questions, gave a ton of local recommendations, and just made my whole travel experience so peaceful and enjoyable. I feel incredibly blessed to have been able to stay here. I will definitely be back. Highly highly recommend 🌺❤️🌊

This place was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived it was just so comfortable and beautiful… even better than the photos. The view alone was worth the trip, my morning coffee will never be the same.
It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure!! We honestly didn’t want to leave. We’ve already booked our second stay — and we’re counting down the days!
If you’re thinking about staying here, do it. You won’t regret it.

We loved our stay here. My wife and I caught an earlier flight to the island and although brief Amanda was able to accommodate our last minute check in. We were tired from the long flight and so relieved that the check in process was quick and easy! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a great open layout—everything felt intentional and relaxed. You can tell a lot of thought went into the setup and small details.
The location couldn’t be better. You’re surrounded by nature, but still just a short walk to Hideaways Beach and some unreal ocean views. We grabbed coffee and walked to the lookout in the morning. It’s quiet, peaceful, and exactly the kind of place you want to come back to after a day out exploring.
Communication with the host was easy and friendly- Amanda truly cared that we had an amazing experience. The only thing we regret is that we didn’t find this house sooner and book it for our entire vacation! Definitely planning to stay again next time we’re on the North Sho
