Amanda’s place was the perfect base for our stay in the north - you’re a short drive from Hanelei and everything there plus down the road from 1 Hotel which has a great Terrace for sunset drinks. Recently renovated, its an incredibly cute and charming little spot to stay at and we enjoyed sitting on her balcony after a day exploring. Super comfy bed as well! Amanda also provided super clear instructions on how to check in and what was around to see / do / eat.

We loved our stay at Amanda’s boho studio in Princeville. It had absolutely everything you could need, and was comfortable and squeaky clean! The location is superb. The beach is so close and you can walk to the 1hotel down the road, which we enjoyed for an awesome sunset happy hour. Hanalei is a quick drive. The lanai looks out into the lush jungle and is truly special to gaze at in all weather. The decor was well designed, crisp, and clean! Amanda was responsive and helpful. She even left us a tote bag as a gift and was extremely accommodating when we requested a late checkout. 10/10 would recommend and will certainly stay again!

Amanda's place was great! It has everything as described and was perfect for a get away in Kauai! The extra amenities for the beach were just what we needed and saved us from having to rent or buy things to enjoy our stay. Great location with great views right outside! Very close to the new One Hotel to walk to for dinner. Area is very nice with walking/bike lanes for safe walks and runs. Highly recommend! Amanda was also very responsive prior and during our stay.

This peaceful condo was beyond our expectations. Extremely clean and loved the furnishings. Our mornings were spent on the lanai drinking coffee and overlooking a tropical setting listening to a different variety of birds. We were very close to Hanalei for shopping and restaurants. Just across the street from the condo is a great view of the ocean and amazing sunsets.

loved this stay! cute apartment and perfect for two people staying a couple nights. Walkable to water views and the 1 hotel nearby to grab a drink! Appreciated having the beach towels and chairs!

Amandas Wohnung ist ein kleiner Schatz: Das Apartment hat die perfekte Größe und Lage. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Fußläufig sind mehrere atemberaubende Strände zu erreichen und bis zum nächsten guten Café sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Amanda hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht - mit ihrer hilfreichen, immer freundlichen Kommunikation und vor allem der Ausstattung. Von Strandtüchern über Stühle bis hin zum Sonnenschirm ist alles vorhanden! Ich freue mich schon darauf, wieder bei Amanda wohnen zu dürfen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Zeit

Everything about this Airbnb in Princeville was perfect. The space itself was roomy, airy, and spotless—plenty of space to unwind after a long day of sun and surf. The location? Unbeatable. Walking distance to some of the island’s most stunning beaches, tucked right into the lush beauty of Princeville.
The value was incredible—a great deal for what you get—and the host truly made the difference. Communication was quick, clear, and kind, which made the whole experience seamless. I’m very picky about where I stay, and I honestly couldn’t ask for more.
This place has the rare mix of comfort, convenience, and charm that makes you want to extend your trip. I’m already planning to come back. Trust me: just book it. 🌺

Amanda’s condo was such a vibe! It was clean, cozy, and cute, exactly like the photos. We especially appreciated the beach chairs she provided. One small surprise: we didn’t realize there was a cooler bag available (we bought one at Target since it wasn’t mentioned in the listing). However, we didn’t end up using the umbrella (although we really wanted to - the sun is no joke here) because we were afraid of getting it dirty lol!
The lanai felt private, tucked against lush trees and foliage, which made it so peaceful. After long days at the beach, we loved winding down with movies on the TV. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a huge plus for refreshing beach clothes mid-stay.
The location was super convenient, just a short drive to Foodland and close to beautiful beaches like Tunnels, Hanalei, and Anini. Hideaway Beach was even walkable! The overall area has a curated, resort-like feel, which we didn’t mind at all.

We stayed in Amanda’s condo and it was perfect for us! Clean, very tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed looking out over the jungle!! We had coffee and fruit on the back lanai every morning and watched the birds. Her recommendations were superb! We found Princeville to be perfectly centrally located! Amanda was so helpful and always responded quickly and cheerfully. Cannot recommend her place highly enough!
